There are 16 Members of the Feoffees. The role is voluntary and each Member is elected for a period of four years. There is no limit to the number of times they can be reappointed. The Parish Council is responsible for nominating four Members.

In the event that a Member wishes to stand down from their role and a new Member needs to be recruited, the Feoffees consider the particular skills and experience  that would benefit the work of the Chamber and then look within the Parish to recruit a suitable candidate.
